OUR PROCESS

1. You may call, text or e-mail us to come visit you and your roof.

2. We will gladly answer your questions about your roof and/or do a free and simple evaluation of its condition.

3. Insurance

   1. Insurance companies often ask for an opinion from a qualified roofing contractor before they send an adjuster.   If you have no damage or only slight damage, filing a claim could result in a frivolous insurance claim that either pays you little or nothing or depending on your deductable you may owe out of your pocket to complete the repair. However, if you have enough damage (enough to necessitate a worthwhile claim), we will let you know the best way to approach your insurance company, such that you may receive the maximum benefit.

   2. If your insurance company has already looked at your roof and determined that repairs/replacement are necessary, a representative with Central Plains Roofing is willing to sit down with you and compare our estimate with the insurance companies estimate.  This step is very important and insures that nothing gets left out and all components are properly paid for. 

1. Everyone’s situation is unique; whether it is hail, wind, tornado’s, ice and water dams or other perils.  We are experts in dealing with both insurance companies and mortgage lenders, and we will be happy to assist you with all the required paperwork and communications.

1. Whether the roof is deemed a complete replacement or simply in need of repairs, we will work with you to finalize a contract for completing the necessary work.  A time will be set for the repairs, materials will be delivered to your home, and work will be completed as agreed.  Great care will be taken to keep the worksite clean and orderly, and any loose nails will be picked up magnetically when the job is complete.
