"My roof was hail damaged in the September 2016 hail storm up north of the river. Central Plains Roofing met with my insurance company’s adjuster on my roof & helped get me a fair settlement to replace my roof, gutters & downspouts. They upgraded my 3-tab roof to a Timberline roof & it didn't cost me any additional out of my pocket (I was really happy about that). They scheduled the installation of the gutters & downspouts 3 days after the roof was installed & they look & function much better than my old ones. They also did a great job of staying in touch with us and clearly communicated their process and the services they provide. They were able to do the work within a week of signing the contract and it only took one day to replace the roof, including cleanup. The crew did a great job on the roof and cleaned up well when they were done. They also took special care to protect the landscaping. Overall this was a great experience. We would definitely recommend them and would use them again.
